This organization has been in continuous operation as a construction manager and general contractor since 1983. Founded as Seagren/Shales, Inc., we became Shales McNutt LLC in 2001 when we switched from a corporation to a limited liability company, and to reflect the elevation of John McNutt to a partnership role. Jack Shales, Mike Shales, John Shales and John McNutt, four very experienced construction executives, envisioned a company that could provide customers with the best value for every construction dollar spent. To implement this vision they have assembled a first-class team of estimators, project managers, site superintendents and tradesmen committed to working as a team, with the client and other professionals, to deliver the project on-time, within budget and built to specification.
