Board lauds renovations of 3 schools
School commenced in Sycamore, Illinois on Monday August 25, where children were welcomed into newly renovated facilities. Shales McNutt Construction completed additions and renovations to Sycamore North and Sycamore West Elementary Schools prior to the first day of school. An addition to Sycamore Southeast Elementary School will be ongoing until October, but the new gymnasium and classrooms the facility now boasts are open for students. All SMC personnel wish the best for the staff and students of School District 427 in this new school year.
