EFS Bank - St. Charles
Shales McNutt acted as general contractor for the new construction of this two story banking facility with a full basement and three drive-through lanes. One of the challenges of this project was the limited size of the construction site — immediately beyond the footprint of the building there was a completely developed and occupied retail space. However, SMC was successfully able to maintain customer traffic patterns which allowed the nearby retailers to remain open during construction.
