Elgin Artspace Lofts – Under Construction
Elgin Artspace Lofts are now under construction. This project is projected to be completed Fall of 2012.

Construction Updates (as of February 9, 2011):
-Framing continues within the existing building.
-Rough electrical, HVAC and plumbing continues within the existing building.
-Miscellaneous masonry is being completed as weather permits.
-90% of the floor slabs have been poured in the addition. Once the concrete has had time to cure, interior wall framing will begin (projected for 02/13/2012).
Construction Updates (as of January 25, 2011):
-Rough framing has started on the addition.
-Wall framing continues within the existing building.
-Rough-in for HVAC, electrical and plumbing continues.
-Plast repairs have begun within the existing building.
Construction Updates (as of January 5, 2011):
-All foundations for the addition are now complete.
-Framing of new walls has started within the existing building.
-All site utility work has been completed, including the new retaining wall for the access drive to the new courtyard.
-A temporary enclosure will be constructed in the near future at the addition so concrete floors can be poured.
-It is anticipated that new walls will begin to be erected for the addition within the new few weeks.
