Starck Realty - Elgin
Although the existing structure houses a realty company, this building was originally constructed as a single family residence. Adding on to this structure and working around the existing occupied facility were two of the challenges that SMC faced on this project. SMC, acting as the General Contractor, overcame these challenges and built a beautiful addition to a beautiful building.
