Algonquin Library - Harnish Road
SMC was awarded this project as a general contractor and self-performed many of the carpentry functions. This involved the construction of a two-level 35,000 square foot library facility on a previously undeveloped site. This library was developed on the west side of Algonquin turning the previous east side location into a branch library. This new facility and the conversion of the existing library into a branch library, has helped to serve the growing needs of the village of Algonquin.
