Burlington Central High School Addition
After the successful passage of a referendum, School District 301 teamed with Shales McNutt Construction to oversee completion of over $40 million worth of work in approximately 18 months. One of these projects involved classroom additions to their High School. The addition included new science rooms, art rooms, a new office area and a reconfigured main entrance. Most of this work was completed while the building was occupied by students and staff. The office remodel involved temporary relocation of the high school administrative staff in order to completely gut and remodel the offices during the summer break.
