Judson University - Lindner Center
The Lindner Center project at Judson University in Elgin, Illinois involved the complete exterior and interior rehabilitation of a seven story hotel facility into dorm rooms, classrooms, and offices. Each floor was completed individually, as the university's needs grew, requiring most of the renovation to be completed while other parts of the building were occupied. SMC served as the construction manager for the project and self performed the carpentry work.
