Prairie Knolls Middle School
As a part of an ambitious $40 million referendum package, School District 301 needed a second Middle School. Shales McNutt Construction provided comprehensive construction management services from initial concept to final completion for this state-of-the-art building. The work included close coordination with several developers and the local government agencies due to land swaps and shared use agreements for the site. Despite many complicating factors, this school was constructed in less than 15 months and was under budget.
