Square Barn Elementary School

School District 158 has been one of the fastest growing Districts in the state of Illinois. The district had a need to develop a 220 acre campus and construct two identical 120,000 square foot elementary schools simultaneously. Shales McNutt provided Construction Management services beginning with conceptual design and master-planning of the site through final construction and occupancy.
