Can orthopedic surgical procedures continue in two existing surgical suites while second floor additions and new surgical suites are being constructed on the other side of the wall? SMC, acting as Construction Manager, made this a reality through detailed sequencing and communication. The utilization of weekends, nights, and creative scheduling with the surgical teams allowed SMC to provide a virtually distraction-free environment for patients and their families during this multi-phased medical project.
