Elgin Public Works
After outgrowing their existing facilities, the City of Elgin's Public Works Department purchased an existing manufacturing building. SMC provided Construction Management services to oversee conversion of the manufacturing building into a facility which housed new offices and training areas, a sign shop, a meter shop, an electrical shop, a full vehicle maintenance shop, vehicle wash bays (addition), and inside vehicle storage. Shales McNutt also performed extensive site work.
