Gail Borden Public Library- Rakow Branch
The Gail Borden Public Library expanded branch facility is located near Randall Road on Bowes Creek and serves the public on the west side of Elgin. This projected LEED® Silver project uses many state-of-the-art technologies such as geothermal heat pump heating, spray foam insulation, optimal daylighting and uses prairie landscaping materials that require little or no maintenance.
