Community Fellowship Church
After meeting in a local school for a number of years, Community Fellowship Church purchased a beautiful site on which to locate their new building. SMC was hired to perform Construction Management services for the first phase of a multiphase plan. This 40,000 square foot, 2-level building features a multi-purpose/worship space, numerous classrooms, offices, a cafe, and a walk-out lower level beneath a second level deck overlooking a pond.
