Good Shepherd Church
SMC acted as the construction manager to build this new Church facility on a previously undeveloped site. This wonderfully open and inviting building has allowed Good Shepherd Lutheran Church to expand their presence in Elgin. Originally designed to be on a well and septic system, city water and sewer were brought to the site before project completion. In addition to construction management services, Shales McNutt self-performed carpentry.
